Wanted to come here to give a huge shout out to two local companies, Creekside Specialty Construction, LLC, and Heck Electric. I cannot say enough good things about Creekside! They worked with us to make sure all details were ironed out and helped us file the permit for the dock. The wait time for them to begin construction was a couple months out, as they had other jobs lined up ahead of us. But they began construction on the exact day that months earlier they had promised us they’d begin. Their crew not only showed up on time every day, they were always early. The crew were absolute gentleman, and worked their tails off each day. They worked so HARD! Always willing to go the extra mile. When a construction company tells you a date the project will be completed, you automatically assume it will be far later than the date they tell you. During construction, we had a few bad weather days, and one day of delayed materials, but the dock was completed almost to the day they told us it would be. Heck Electric wired the dock for us. They were so incredibly patient while ironing out the details with my husband (several preemptive trips to our place were made so to ensure that they understood his exact vision). Their crew was also super friendly, timely, and extremely professional. They had the entire dock wired and functional in 2-3 days. Both companies charged reasonable prices - less than competitors’ bids we received. This has been a most pleasurable, productive, and quality construction project!!! Thank you to both companies!!
